２ 個人情報の安全管理
 当法律事務所は、個人情報を扱うに際し、上記利用の目的を達成する範囲で個人
情報を正確・最新の内容に保つように努め、安全管理措置を講じ、職員を監督しま

３ 個人情報の第三者に対する提供
 当法律事務所は、個人情報保護法その他の法令を遵守し、あらかじめ本人の同意
を得なければ、第三者に個人情報を提供することはありません。
４ 個人情報の開示、訂正、利用停止
 当法律事務所は、ご本人からの申し出があった場合には、個人情報保護法の定
めに従い、個人情報の開示、訂正、利用停止などの措置を講じます。なお、ご本人

からの申し出の際には、ご本人であることを確認させていただき、申し出の内容に
よっては、個人情報保護法の定めにより、開示等を拒否できる場合がありますので

If a request is made by the individual concerned, our law firm will take measures such
as disclosure, correction, and suspension of use of personal information in accordance
with the provisions of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information. Please note
that when a request is made by the individual concerned, we will verify the identity of
the individual, and depending on the content of the request, we may refuse disclosure,
etc., in accordance with the provisions of the Act on the Protection of Personal
Information.
